Thought this was a very interesting piece – well researched and good photographs with blue skies and a surprising lack of cars. It would have been nice to know a little more about the occupiers in 1935 – were they local men or were the properties used as holiday homes even at that time? I think I read on a Community Council report that Elie/Earlsferry only has 800 permanent residents. What was the position before the Second World War? That aside an excellent piece from a Group who do excellent work. Always and interest and informative site/
